  3. Refund Policy: SafeSearch offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for our services. If the client is not satisfied with our services within 30 days of purchase, they may request a full refund.

  4. Confidentiality: SafeSearch agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and to use such information only for the purposes of providing our services.

  5. Liability: SafeSearch is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using our services. The client assumes full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on our recommendations or advice.

  6. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which SafeSearch is located.

  7. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice to the other party.
